MXF 形式について
MXF (Material Exchange Format) is the container broadcast television standardized on: XDCAM and P2 cameras record it, newsrooms hand off program material in it, and playout servers ingest it. Beyond the video and audio tracks it carries structured metadata — timecode, program markers, rights information — that plain MP4 cannot express.
For editing and review the container is the problem, not the content: converting MXF to MP4 or MKV keeps the H.264 video and PCM audio intact while making the file openable in any editor and shareable in chat. Broadcast cameras also interlace, so check the output for field order.
